Anna Nardelli

Physical Therapy Doctor (Norfolk / Newport News)

Anna Nardelli, PT, DPT (Norfolk / Newport News Office)

An exercise enthusiast and life-long athlete and dancer, Dr. Nardelli has incorporated her love of movement into her career as a physical therapist. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Health Sciences from Quinnipiac University and went on to earn her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Hampton University.

Anna is passionate about providing individualized patient care with a holistic approach to treating the whole person, not just the impairment. She strives to improve patient quality of life by optimizing health, wellness, and functional ability.

She has experience treating patients across the lifespan with a variety of orthopedic and neurological conditions, and disorders of gait and balance. She practices an evidence-based, patient-centered approach, and strongly believes in the importance of patient education and patient empowerment in order to maximize outcomes. She emphasizes therapeutic exercise, postural and core stability, manual therapy, and functional movement training.

Outside of work, a native Rhode Islander, Anna enjoys spending time with her husband and dog. She loves cooking/baking, reading, hiking, exercising, spending time outdoors, and rooting for the Boston Bruins.
