Alicia Barba is a Family Nurse Practitioner. She earned her Bachelors of Science in Nursing from Hampton University and spent eight years working as a registered nurse at Sentara Norfolk General Hospital in the emergency department and cardiac catheterization care unit. She obtained her Masters of Science in Nursing from Chamberlain University. Ms. Barba’s clinical interests include treating orthopedic complaints, peripheral neuropathy, and pain management. As a native to the Hampton Roads, Ms. Barba is committed to providing excellent care to patients in the community. Ms. Barba is passionate about providing individualized care that will improve the health and quality of life for the patient. Ms. Barba is affiliated with the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners.

In her free time, Ms. Barba enjoys spending time with her two children, spending time with family, traveling, and outdoor activities.
