The following is the overview of the Front Desk / Patient Intake role at National Neuropathy Centers:
The front desk person is the voice and face of National Neuropathy Centers and is therefore the second most important function within. This position is like the navigator of a ship who takes orders from the Captain. The person(s) performing this job is held to a high standard of professionalism in both action and appearance. The front desk personnel must, at all times, remain positive, appear well rested, be on time all the time, and always be accountable for their actions.
